Our Mission

Our Story
My name is David Johnson
I'm a Registered Nurse, with much of my career spent caring for people in Intensive Care Unit's in the RAF and later leading teams across nursing, safeguarding and governance.

TLCC was created from a simple belief: complex care in the community should feel safe, structured and exceptionally well led.
​
We deliberately built TLCC to be nurse-led, governance-driven and personal. We work with a small number of clients so we can stay close, remain accountable and ensure every delivered is delivered properly.
